Each Vendor will need the following documents:

1.  An Occupational License that would allow you to provide drywall, carpentry, painting OR other similar work. Only one license is needed.
   
2. Liability insurance of at least $250,000
   
3. Workman’s Comp Insurance or a certificate from the state showing you opted out. You can not have your own employees on the job if you opt out.
   
4. A Federal tax ID number.
   

You will also need the following:

1. Tools for miscellanies punch out work including a small vacuum. We will supply materials and most expendables.
   
2. A vehicle that is professional looking.
   
3. The ability to properly repair most interior finishes and provide light framing repairs.
   
4. To be able to make drywall repairs that are not visible after painting, including knock down ceilings.
   

You will be responsible for obtaining customer signatures confirming that the work is complete and verifying the hours worked. You will generally go directly to the job.

Each job will have an agreed upon lump sum price before the start of the work. Hourly rates may be used at times. The rate will be between $12 and $20 per hour.

You will be paid in full on Friday for all work completed and signed off by the previous Friday. You will need to present your invoice on the previous Friday.
